I bought for the first time months ago…

I bought for the first time months ago when Covid was high and we had to stay home. I even had a chance to use my HSA card. It was nice getting my products promptly and know what qualifies HSA.

I love that I can just go online and order when I'm running out of when it comes to over the counter pain medication or allergy medication and pretty much anything else that I might need.

My 1st order of 2021 and it took over 2 weeks to receive. It's not my responsibility of what goes on inside the shipping warehouse. There's no communication on follow ups. Since I had to be the one, to reach out to customer service, only to be let down. No 10% discount coupon, will whipe this disappointment. Get it together or Get passed by.

I have yet to receive my order!!!!

I have yet to receive my order and its highly disappointing customer service told me to check back in a couple days?!? But this company had no problem taking the $500 out of my hsa account promptly but can't give me the same courtesy in customer service. Will update when they help me! Well it took almost 3 weeks but I finally got someone to help me in customer service I did receive my order after almost a month! Will defintely not be ordering again just relieved I did receive my baby products. During this pandemic it's hard to find the necessities.
