This product is great! I have a pinched nerve at the bottom of my shoulder blade. It’s been there for weeks. This has helped tremendously. My arm would go numb and hurt, along with the spot on my back where it’s pinched. Before I bought this, the only relief I could get is if someone would do a very hard massage over that spot.
