I placed an order 9/22/2020 It is now 10/08/2020 and I have not received the order yet. When I spoke to the Sales Rep (I do not recall her name) She was so pleasant and helpful (that's why you get three stars). She was able to track down the package and try to explain why it was taking so long. She stated that it was being held at the post office for pick up, which I do not understand why I never requested that! I do work two jobs so by the time I get out of work the Post office would be close. The Sales Rep was able to reorder my order for me! THANK YOU! (Order #5782040 Re-shipment ) Who ever she is deserves some employee of the month award or 5 star rating! I'm hoping to receive this order in a timely matter and hopefully I will not have to go through this again. If I do I will more than likely never shop the HSA store again.
