Took forever to receive product. Customer service was no help. After tracking my package from GlassesUSA I find out they were shipped from Thailand.... glasses are loose and seem cheap. Guessing they are not authentic Ray Ban.

Ordered the Sejoy Infrared thermometer. It arrived timely, but the batteries that came with the product were dead, so we could not instantly use it. Not a big deal except it is the middle of a pandemic and having to make a special trip to a store to get the right batteries was an inconvenience. The customer service is mediocre. The two people I spoke with were not sure of some information and of their company policies.Not the best first impression overall with the store.

in my recollection, it took a little effort to get everything found and selected but I got what I was looking for in the end.

I ordered Nima testers. I could not find these in stock anywhere. My daughter needed them for an upcoming vacation. I found them on this site. They came very quickly and will become my new go to place to order these and other health supplies!
