HSA Store was so easy to use. My knee has been acting up so I ordered a brace and when it got here it was slightly too big. I sent an email asking to exchange and was sent a new brace in the proper size without needing to mail back the initial brace. It was so easy and customer service was SO helpful!

I bought the Caring Mill Brand Infrared Ear Thermometer, product code RM70135FSA, that worked for two days and now gives a bogus reading. I've walked through the guide and have not been able to fix the problem. According to the "return items" policy, I can't return this item because I've used it. I would not recommend this thermometer to your customers. I'll be returning an insole I purchased as I accidently ordered the wrong size. I'm hoping this process is smooth.
