Customer service and Chat is less than stellar hence the 1 star. They don’t know their products. Online shopping is inconsistent between iPhone and PC. My orders were cancelled 2 times because items were back ordered even though items showed available on site. Cancellation email sent asked to reply within 48 hours to respond but a second email sent within 2 minutes showed order was cancelled. Why bother asking for a reply? And last credit offer code for second cancellation mistake didn’t work. Will look elsewhere before shopping here again!!
