Super easy to use and find great products! Ordered a few heating pads, when I received them I realized they were way too big for what I needed. Wanted to return for store credit to get smaller ones and I guess due to the current problems with Covid19, they issued me a store credit AND allowed me to keep my items to do whatever I please with! I donated them, and ended up getting quality thermometers along with a few other items! I was delighted with their extremely quick response times! Products are all of excellent quality! I highly recommend!!!!

Practically everything I needed to order was out of stock. I waited a month, checked on the items again and they still weren't available and no date on when they would be restocked.

Prices are very high and you have to spend $50 for free shipping which is a rip off.

Overall I like the product. I just wish that there was an adjustable timer so you didn't have to keep restarting it every three minutes.

The items came much quicker than I had expected !
