The product is great. But issues with delivery. I ordered from them 6-7weeks before the delivery date I had selected. Excellent. I booked the day off work to take delivery, everything was going well. On delivery day I got an email saying it was on the way. By 2.30pm I was sick of waiting so I made contact only to find that delivery wasn't going to happen, even though they had many weeks to plan it. Cost me a day's wages to stay home on the second delivery date. No sorry, just a link to the terms and conditions page that states they have 10 days grace.... Obviously happens all the time. Will not buy from floor street again even though the flooring itself is very good. (Not opened all the packs yet though)

I honestly couldn’t be more happy with my order! Not only does our floor literally look unreal, it was really reasonable priced & despite me ordering the wrong amount, the refund was sorted straight away before the order was posted. Have already recommended Floor Street to family members who are also looking to get same Heringbone laminate! I would upload photos if i could!

I purchased beautiful light oak herringbone wooden flooring and underlay on line from Floor St. The products were packaged and delivered exactly when they said it would…. and at a great price. My floor has now been laid and looks absolutely fantastic.

I have ordered our laminate flooring from floor street twice now, once in our previous home which I cannot express how many compliments we had for our floor to now moving into our new home and having the same flooring again throughout our downstairs, floor street are unbeatable for value (our flooring was 30% less than our local high street well known flooring shop), even though cheaper, this is not reflected in the service, the whole ordering process from sample ordering right through to delivery is fantastic and I would recommend them anybody, so much so, my family members have all since ordered and have had similar positive experiences too. I particularly love seeing the social content that floor street posts, it's both inspiring and educational and I would urge anybody to check them out for lots of gorgeous inspiration!
