Wow, fantastic communication from the company. Floor has come and my joiner was very impressed with the quality. I was nervous at first ordering direct online, I’d initially ordered a sample and the floor I received was exactly the same. Packaged very well with no damage.

Flooring is great quality and was commented on by multiple fitters for how good it was, including the gold underlay. We get countless compliments on our flooring and believe it was the best money we’ve spent on our renovation project so far!
