Very good service, my first sample didnt arrive, let them know and they sent a 2nd which arrived promptly. The london oak herringbone engineered is very good quality, my floor fitter found it easy to fit too. Will be using again for other areas of the house.

We decided to have a wood floor in our bedroom but I just couldn’t decide on a colour - who knew there were so many variations of oak!! We have bought the popcorn herringbone LVT and we are still finalising a few things before we can get the flooring down but I’m really excited because the quality looks great. The instagram team were very helpful and responsive to my direct messages when I asked for assistance in help chose colour and query the specifics and provided details of some fitters in my local area.
