Brilliant quality of herringbone laminate. Had a small issue with my order address and khalid was ever so helpful and got it all sorted asap, went above and beyond his way. Will defo recommend to friends and family.

Poor delivery service

Excellent service from floor street. After having a complete nightmare with another company where my fitters refused to continue with the work because of the poor quality of the product, I then contacted floor street to explain my anxiousness to order online. They were extremely reassuring explaining if I don't like the flooring I can send it back without any restock fee. I have to say the floor looks amazing. I got the desert oak herringbone and I just can't get enough! Thank you so much floor street!

As other customers have mentioned, the Desert oak in particular is terrible chips everywhere! Right in the middle of the room so will have to have the whole lot ripped up at some point and refitted with something of a decent quality, so definitely not Floor Street. They're just drop-shipping cheap flooring from another supplier and milking social media 'influencers' to peddle this rubbish and paying them commission with their discount codes. Their 'warranty' wants YOU to pay to have your flooring investigated before they'll consider a fault. There's so many terms and conditions you just know they'll worm out of it and you'll be further out of pocket. Lesson learned, was going to floor my house in this but shall resell what I have left and rip this rubbish up. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I contacted Khalid with a query about how to best add a trim to a floor due to an overhang on a step in our bedroom. I was so impressed with how quick the response was, as well as incredibly helpful too. Really looking forward to placing an order in the future! Thank you.
