Refinancing my student loans was something that I was very nervous about. I started this process on Credible, and then chose the company Education Loan Finance due to them having the best rate. They have the most OUTSTANDING customer service, and hopefully you have the pleasure to work with Stan M. He went above and beyond everything I expected and answered any questions that I had. When you call their customer service, you get to talk to an actual person and they would always direct me to Stan for help. It was a very smooth process and if a problem did arise, it was communicated fast and we got everything figured out. I highly recommend this company if you need to consolidate/refinance your student loans. I originally thought I would be paying my loans off for school for eternity, but they helped lower my interest rate AND payment all together. Such a blessing and a great company.
