This is not our first experience with ELFI. Both transactions have been very positive. Stan Mitchell, our advisor, is great to work with. He is always very attentive to our needs and provides great customer service. I do not hesitate to recommend ELFI when it comes to student loans and refinancing.

I tried several times to contact them about when my disbursement date would be and they did not respond until after the deadline for making any changes passed. As a result, the loan was disbursed 6+ weeks sooner than I wanted and by the time it should have been disbursed I'd already accrued almost $300 in interest. VERY SHADY--BEWARE!

Stan Mitchell is on track for a promotion. I hope everyone prioritizes customer service like Stan did.
