Very responsive and clear
Very responsive and clear. The portal to upload application documentation was clear and simple. Using an actual person to reach out to me to answer questions and guide me along the application process felt very personable. Other lenders seemed to have some generic auto-response email to questions or no response at all which makes it difficult to establish trust. ELFI got me the lowest rate among several lenders. I have already recommended them to others.
