Do not get this security system they are impossible to cancel!

Do not get this security system. I have tried to cancel and we no longer own the home it’s installed in. Getting hold of customer service is next to impossible! They leave you on hold until you hang up or they send you through to a voicemail that isn’t being checked. I have left several messages and no one has returned my calls. I beyond frustrated at this point.

My sales lady, Celeste was awesome. She explained everything and ensured I got the best deal. My installer, Matthew was the best technician ever. When I say he knew his stuff, he truly did. I’ll forever reach out to him for security insight!

New Satisfied Fluent Customer

I am new to Fluent. I never heard about this security system. I used another popular system for years. But recently moved to another State, and my daughter uses Fluent and recommended them. So far so good. My only complaint was how long it took them to install after my order. But they gave me two free months service for the inconvenience. The service is set up custom to your needs. I like that I choose the number of security features whether it be cameras, doors and or windows. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I has an overall good experience. I can’t speak to billing issues or cancellation issues as I’m new. I will update if needed but I recommend Fluent at this time.
