This is the worst company

This is the worst company. I had called to cancel. They told me I had a tear left and refused. I called back to cancel when they said it was up and they said I canceled a day too late and auto renewed me for 3 years. How is that even legal? Who is supposed to remember in 3 years to call and cancel. Horrible customer service. Worst company ever

I like the price for installation

I like the price for installation, cameras installed and customer support. I do NOT like the drag, the delay, the length of time it takes for the doorbell camera to pixel. Someone rings the doorbell AND THEN it malfunctions. Trying to access the doorbell camera and it takes a long it to pixelize into view. Many times, if someone rings the doorbell, it won't open. Instead, there will be a pop up that will require the owner to troubleshoot the issue. If by chance it does work, by the time the video opens, the person has left the premises. I have had this issue for 4 years at least. The other issue, is getting the doorbell camera to be more sensitive to record. Other than that, I'm okay with the product. I REALLY wish someone could remedy these concerns.

do not use this company won't fix their junk that you pay for every month its on you and when you call to cancel the service you're on hold on hold 5 times for hours while they try and get you to give up
