Tamper Alert Issue

Jonathan quickly diagnosed a tamper issue with a door sensor and he walked thru solving the problem. He explained the "tamper" alert and we resolved the alert quickly and successfully.

Beeping notification on panel

On the phone, Jonathan is really helpful guiding us with our problem on the freeze low battery sensor notification that keeps beeping on our panel every few hours or so, even after we changed the battery. With his patience and thorough guidance we where able to fix the problem. Thank you so much.

I had a problem with the control panel…

I had a problem with the control panel reporting “low battery “ for my key fob. I replaced the batteries but the panel still showed low battery. I contacted Fluent and spoke with customer assistant Jonathan. It turned out that the key fob I had was quite old and was more difficult to work with the newer panel. It took some work but Jonathan kept working with me on the problem and got it working properly. He was polite, professional and had to try things outside of the regular things that would normally solve the problem. Very happy with this service experience.

WE have had a Fluent alam system for…

WE have had a Fluent alam system for more then 10 years. Sold our house and are trying to cancel the account with them. They don't return calls after we followed there instructions to leave a phone number. We have talked to the sales department but all they do is transfer me to a dept that doesn't answer there phone. There must be someone better to deal with then Fluent.
