DO NOT EVER USE FLUENT

DO NOT EVER USE FLUENT. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Daughter's home sold quickly. Asking to cancel monitoring is like pulling teeth. They are under contract, I get it. They will pay it. Fluent sent a letter with the amount but can only give an estimate by phone.Seriously! Supposedly to protect my daughter. It has been sent to the wrong address. She will have to pay for 2 years of monitoring and then Fluent says "When you send the cancellation, we will start your 30 day notice."

Listened to Cbc report today Aug 28. 4 50 pm. And fluent took over 2 hours to report to store owner about break in . Would not even come on to cbc for comment. Is this who I would want to have my belongings or my family supposedly protected by?? Nooooo.

was like buying a car. the back and forth have to talk to the manager to work a deal instead of just giving you the best deal possible. but after that they scheduled a appointment was on time Mark sandvig did the instalation cleaned up after instalation and took time to go over everything with me. was really great.

Not worth it

have contracted Fluent in the summer of 2018 for house security and monitoring. I was on a original 2 year contract with them. Once the contract finished I continued payments for the same service and asked for an upgrade to the security system. I did not sign a new contract and did not acknowledge new terms. we sold our home in the summer of 2023. We requested the service to be terminated, they did not terminate my service and continued to charge a monthly fee on our credit card. We were able to reach them and told us that we needed to pay a termination fee of 950$, if not they would continue to charge us monthly. We decline as we never signed new terms about cancelation fees when our original contract terminated in 2020. I ask to speak to a supervisor and nobody responded. I keep being charged and called if the alarm goes off in our old house.
