Technician could not reset my SVR. It's still not working.Could not install a wifi extender. Still waiting on that

My experience has been great. My questions have been answered, things that I’ve asked for in terms of service I have been given. So far no complaints it’s been smooth for me and my wife.

That when you don't get someone to help right away you can leave your name and phone number they will call you back as soon as they are available.

We received our CO detector in a reasonable amount of time. When we went to set it up with a online technician, we couldn’t get it to work the technician kept going in circles doing the same thing over and over. The second day another technician called it started the same way but soon was able to get it working.

He was good at telling me how it works I forgot to ask if I can download my own pictures on the camera
