Tiles arrived damaged. The insurance team wants a specific picture showing all the damage in 1 photo (Birds eye view). That’s not possible as these tiles are 60cm by 130cm approx. More than 20 damaged. The person on the phone assured me he was going to ask the warehouse to wrap them well. No bubble wrap and all boxes arrived wet. When calling back Customer services said you should always expect around 5 to 10 percent damage. This was not mentioned on the phone call when ordering. No response from the damage team as of yet. Tiles are a good product and price was reasonable. Who’s to blame for the damage???. I don’t have a clue. Plus one tile has a thumb print on it. Unfortunately this was not spotted during the fitting process.

The first time I have used Melton Stone, and that was only through the customer telling me about them, as I nver knew they existed. I am really pleased with them, I placed an order for some sandstone pavers, to be told that they were out of stock, but these guys managed to full fill the order and it was delivered a day earlier than expected. Great service delivered on the date requested

Unbelievable value at just £10 per square meter, for 600x300 porcelain! All the tiles were the same size and perfectly flat. Which isn’t very common these days unfortunately. 10/10
