Delivery on time. Price good - even got some discount! They guy I called was very helpful as they only had 2 packs of tiles available and we needed 3. He managed to sort that for us over the phone so we could get the tiles we wanted which look fantastic now they’re all fitted 😄👍🏽

order spacers for my porcelain paving, when paving arrived there was no spacers, they then agreed to send some more, after about 2 weeks i emailed them and ask where they were they blamed postal strike, approx 14 day on i had to go to royal mail and pay extra postage as they had sent them as a large letter. i contact melton and ask for refund on postage i had to pay and also refund on spacers as i had to go and buy some locally. they told me that my complaint would be passed on 2 accounts, now a futher 3 weeks have passed i have not heard anything or got my money back
