I ordered 9 packs of flooring and the guy left it at my entrance to flat I'm first floor paid 20 pounds for delivery i had to lift it all up 1 floor i was 1 pack short still have to lift it up plus another 20 pounds i find it shocking you have to pay 20 pounds for delivery and they don't bring it up to your door

Online Carpets, a company that shows others what customer service is really about. The goods were ordered and a delivery timeslot had been agreed/allocated when for reasons beyond our control we needed to urgently change this slot. On contacting the company this problem was resolved without a problem, to our complete satisfaction.

I’d never considered buying a carpet online before, but once I realised it was half the price of an almost identical carpet in-store, I took a chance. It was free to order a couple of samples, and they arrived very quickly. I then ordered my actual carpet, and the process was really simple. After placing my order, I needed to make a small change. Fortunately, I was in time to do this before it was dispatched, and the lady on the phone was very helpful. My carpet arrived within a few days, and it was exactly as described on the website. I’ll definitely be using this company again, and will be recommending to friends too!
