great selection of products on the website and very easy to order. delivery was quick and the carpet, underlay and fittings are of great quality. you do get what you pay for with carpets, so go for the best you can afford - although the company do a range to suit all budgets. they responded quickly when I emailed too, which was good. very pleased - will be back!
