1st issue wrong flooring was sent BUT they did exchange seamlessly Vinyl flooring has now been down for less than 6 months and it has discoloured terribly. First response was that it was damaged due to “footfall” and possible “oils from skin” When I queried that flooring is meant to be walked on so should be able to withstand being walked on they changed their minds and said it was due to the cleaner I was using, Bona is a mild cleaner recommended for wood, stone, laminate and vinyl flooring due to them being delicate. I’m actually a professional cleaner and use Bona in MANY of my customers floors none of which have been damaged or discoloured. I also used the same floor cleaner for 5 years on my previous vinyl with no issues or discolouration. The product is clearly faulty but they are not willing to meet me in anyway Buy cheap buy twice

Excellent quality quick delivery and really good prices

Great carpet at a good price. I bought a Hugh MacKay sovereign snow leopard carpet and it was around £10 cheaper per m2 than my local carpet warehouse. The customer service at Online Carpets was great. I ordered then had to changed delivery date and it was not a problem. Carpet arrived as advised with online tracking.
