Poor service to Ok service thanks to kevin
I had a poor experience with Online Carpets. The delivery service let me down. I spoke to Kevin - one of the managers. He listened. He tried to solve the problem. He apologised. He offered a small token discount. I ended up ordering a carpet thats slightly more expensive. I have had to change my delivery address as I still think they could compromise the delivery and customers need to be wary. OLD REVIEW Poor service. Do not listen. Took a day off work to receive the delivery they failed and knew about. I called 24 hrs in advance to plan. Only for them to fail the detail they knew about. try to do the least amount of work. Lazy delivery workers. Kept making new excuses for failed delivery.

Don't ring me i am on Holiday.
Emailed the office to ask not to ring me as I am on holiday in Spain. Supplied them with my carpet Fitters number so he could take delivery. Notes made for 8am delivery. Tuesday morning while in Spain on holiday I get an email a text message and the driver ringing me at 06.40am to tell me he will be with me in 25 minutes. Not pleased. No one is capable of doing a simple job anymore. IN REPLY. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED YOU TO CONTACT MY CARPET FITTER THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY AS WE ARE ON HOLIDAY. YOU AGREED AND FAILED

ordered vinyl flooring , came 2 metres too short , arranged for a flooring fitter, when I complained they replaced the flooring and collected to old flooring aswell as a partial refund

I have ordered multiple times from here has always been good, however after ordering a large vinyl carpet it arrived damaged. Customer services were easy to deal with and came up with a solution very quickly. The customer support is very good

We ordered samples which arrived earlier than expected. We placed our order and received it without any problems. We will be ordering more carpet and underlay in the future.
Overall happy
After initial difficulties with order being delayed due to storm eowyn from Monday to tuesday( which didn't suit me) and after a bit of to and from in communication I managed to arrange another couple days later which suited. The delivery guys were helpful and nice. The laminate I ordered was kronotex stuff as I like their quality which they had at a great price.

Failure
I ordered what should have been the first of many orders but there was a failed delivery on the first attempt. They made me aware an hour before the delivery window that delivery won’t take place. By that time, I had already made arrangements including childcare. Online carpets phoned me to explained that they only found out at the same time and communicated this to me. They refuse to take responsibility. If it’s not their fault then it certainly isn’t my fault. I suggested a goodwill gesture by way of a partial refund, which has been shut down completely. The lady who phoned me also cut me off constantly.
