If you value you and your family's health do not even consider using this company. My house including the kids bedrooms is now covered in millions of tiny little hairs that no matter how much I hoover them it just gets worse. Everybody including the kids in our house are now coughing because of the level of fibres coming off the carpets. I have complained to online carpets who have told me this is completely normal and there's nothing they can do, I am furious with there lack of customer care and have also asked for a refund with no reply as of yet. I am now in the process of taking this further. So please take my advice pay a little bit more and get a carpet from a trusted retailer I wish I had.

Ordered the best quality grass, and glad I did, looks brilliant, well worth the extra money. You need to put lots of shingle and sand underneath for drainage. Delivery good, but I think two delivery people are required not one as the items are so heavy. He was very helpful and brought the grass in my lounge for me.

Great prices, good service, the only issue is that they only deliver to the ground floor. Transporting a 20sq.m roll of carpet up two flights of stairs was difficult.
