I have ordered few box of laminate and payed a lot for fitting which is the normal process, After put them all in the floor and clean them dark shade of colure has been appeared in both edges on most of them! Connected online and they just suggested some surface cleaner And after contacting with factory they offered two choices, Partial refund or return all the laminate boards with no labor cost. Waiting my time for few months and then nothing, Absolutely disappointed!

Offered a £50 refund on a damaged carpet. Be sure to fully inspect your carpet before it is laid. They've held my refund hostage until I've updated this review to at least 4 stars, so here is your 4 star review I suggest you now sort out my refund.

Excellent company, the communication was good before and on day of the delivery. So happy with our flooring it's exactly as described and excellent quality. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again in the future.

The site had a good choice of vinyls. The free sample I requested gave me a good idea of tge quality of the vinyl,but it was not big enough to see the design. On the website there was only a small picture of the vinyl I chose. Luckily I liked it when it was laid in my bathroom. The floor layer commented on the quality of the vinyl and asked where I had purchased it from.
