Excellent quality flooring, good price and quick delivery

This has been a dreadful experience with a cowboy company that I ordered a carpet from, arranged a delivery date for it, two months ahead of a fitter having been booked (which you have to do around our way) and then everything went wrong! At 24 hours notice they said they no longer had the carpet. Then they delivered on the wrong day, then when the carpet finally arrived it was badly damaged and was the wrong size. I have received a small amount of compensation but nowhere near enough to pay for a carpet that looked as if it was the end of a roll and damaged 'so we will get rid of it'. If I hadn't had so much hassle with them I would have told my carpet fitter not to lay it and got it returned. However I had already waited for 2 months. I strongly advise you not to use this company and check multiple review sites. The reply here is a complete joke. I have had nearly 20 emails with this company trying to resolve it. They just couldn't care less.

Competitive pricing as against high street or walk-in retailers was the main reason for choosing Online Carpets. We ordered two carpets of a large size. One design was unavailable so we accepted an alternative. Delivery arrived as notified, but only one of the two carpets was on board. The second carpet delivery was arranged quickly but it meant two journeys from the warehouse in Barnsley (to Milton Keynes). As the carpets were very heavy and long, the lone delivery driver struggled to carry the carpets into our hallway and for the second carpet I was obliged to assist.

Sample carpets were delivered quickly and the carpet we ordered was delivered within the week. Good quality carpet again from a great company
