Well-packaged, fast delivery. Good communication. Great product at a great price. Would have liked to have seen two delivery men bringing in the carpet - it was really heavy - rather than the one. Would be happy to purchase from you again.

Good selection and prices but make sure you get it all right 1st time and check all delivered items as the customer service does not exist. It took 2 days to respond to an email, online chat is really a message box which they intend to reply withing 24hrs and trying to get through on a phone is mission impossible. 15 attempts - zero answered.
