Wouldn't return a faulty product - poor customer service. Ordered Kitchen Vinyl from onlinecarpets. Was initially happy with delivery timelines etc. However, fitter mentioned that the vinly wasn't great quality, but would "work" within the first week of having the product we found it stained with both pasta sauces, mud and other dark items which wouldn't wipe away with soapy water or floor cleaner. We then tried a kitchen counter cleaner which still didn't work. Spoke to online carpets who informed me that due to using kitchen counter top cleaner on the flooring that the top layer is removed and this caused the staining. Although I informed them this was happening long before the kitchen counter product. only had the flooring for 6 weeks and very unhappy. Do not recommened.

Online carpets offer great value for money and high customer service levels. The online service is very easy to use and has a great range from budget to luxury floor coverings at highly competitive prices. When I needed to call them to resolve an issue the staff were extremely helpful and quickly fixed my problem without any quibbles or extra cost. I have bought 8 carpets (with accessories) over 3 purchases and have no intention of going elsewhere in the future.

bad experience, waiting too long for the items...

Our family have had 3 carpets already & our large 20'ft carpet was ordered after receiving 6 good sized samples.However we were contacted by Billy to say there was not enough in stock so we were offered the same coloured carpet, more expensive, but at the same price, to enable an earlier delivery. This went ahead on 9th October with a friendly driver who was prompt & helpful. This Company is well worth looking at for value & a quality product - the room is transformed - Many thanks, G & C Cusick.

Early delivery well within time slot. Extremely helpful driver who was very polite and helpful. I am elderly and he couldn’t have been more of a gentleman. Thoroughly recommend this company 👍

Carpet and underlay is fine, no issues with that. Delivery was terrible. Email states carpet would be delivered to my door. Driver phoned 15 minutes prior to say it would be delivered to the kerbside. I was home alone with 2 young children so would have no way of getting it up to my door. When I emailed online carpets, they said that I had a large grassy area outside my house with steps leading up to the property. I dont. There is a small incline with a path. If this is an issue with the driver, maybe have 2 drivers on for deliveries. Update: issue been resolved.

The service we received was above and beyond any thing you can reasonably expect. The carpet we wanted was out of stock but the staff went to extraordinary lengths to find the size we required and store it until or room is finished and ready for the carpet to be fitted. I can not recommend Online Carpets highly enough, they offer a first class service as well as very competitive pricing.
