Flooring was damaged. Emailed photos of the damage 3 times and still have had no reply. Very disappointed as I wanted to order more flooring to match and do other rooms but now don’t want to take the risk. Online carpets replied stating they required extra information, which I emailed to them… still no reply to my email.

I am very happy with my new carpet it looks fantastic & the price was really good I had just decorated my living room & wanted a good carpet after looking at other shops I looked at your website & was really pleased with the products & prices so I ordered mine & I couldn't be happier with it.
