Got sent the wrong colour which was ordered from the sample, then told me I would have to wait 4 days for a replacement, but with 5 minutes of putting the phone down they called me back telling me they haven't got the carpet in stock! Bring back more high street shops

Great choice of carpets and colours, very easy to purchase at a really reasonable price in comparison to instore costs. Carpet was delivered as expected. Would have liked not to have the extra underlay to deal with, however purchasing from online carpets was positive, including speaking on the phone with a representative. The carpet is good quality and looks and feels lovely. I would definitely try them again as a first port of call for any other flooring needs.

Vinyl is exactly what we needed for our porch, very useful to be able to get a piece that didn't have a lot of waste, others seem to want you to buy a whole roll! Quality is excellent and it looks like it will last for many years. We had a problem, completely outside of their control, but fabulous customer service and excellent communication throughout, and they resolved the issue speedily and completely to our satisfaction. I recently ordered LVT flooring I contacted customer service twice. The first time was some technical questions and questions about Delivery. I was taken without helpful and efficient. The company were and Julie ordered the Flooring. my fitter was very impressed at the quality mentioned it several times and asked me for the company details for future reference and unfortunately I was a tiny bit short because I’d measured exactly forgetting it had to be fitted so I ordered one that was delivered. The fitter came, unfortunately, that box had damaged pieces, due to circumstances he fitted the last parts and I contacted the company sent them photographic evidence and again customer services were most helpful. The price of the box was refunded and I paid the delivery charge. You could not ask and you could not imagine Any improvement on the professionalism and charm of this company it was very unfortunate that the box had damage. Usually that would just be a straight replacement as I said I was on a time pressure. I’m very confident this is a good company from my experiences and feedback from my Fitter

Easy to order online The size of the carpet was just right with very little waste . Yes, i would use again and recommend to others i dont think you will find a carpet anywhere cheaper in the shops which i did try before i found this company .The quality is very good, too .
