Everything was laid out and was easily laid out, delivery was great and didn’t take long. My only gripe would be it said I didn’t need an underlay, but unfortunately I did as na Ils from flooring came through, but my fault

Great quality carpet and amazing price

After placing my order, the laminate flooring arrived promptly a few days later. Very impressed with the quality of the product and the ease of how it went down. It didn't take that long to complete both bedrooms and looked great! It worked out to be much cheaper than the ones offered in the big diy stores, but the quality was equally as good, if not better. The added appeal by having it delivered was that you didn't have to try to load it into your car and unload it the other end... which saved me a lot of time and extra effort. Would definitely recommend using Online Carpets.

When I ordered my carpet I phoned to ask if they could hold it , I had fantastic service with this . I was told to give them a week notice before my fitting day . I did this , but only got my carpet last minute . I was told I would get a slot given me and a call by my delivery man . This never happened. I popped home for a second just to find the delivery guy there . That was so lucky . But this service failed badly. Even the delivery guy said that the time late afternoon would have never of happened as he doesn’t work that late
