I rang to rearrange delivery and the lady who answered was so polite but unfortunately didn't catch her name, called again on day of delivery to double check that my carpet was definitely coming after reading some reviews had me a bit worried it wouldn't turn up. The lady on the phone was called lee/Leigh and was incredibly helpful and even tracked down the van and told me when to expect it. The delivery driver turned up 20 minutes later and even helped carry it into the living room for me even though he could have left it at the doorstep which is stated on the site before purchase. The carpet is a bit thin but that is my fault, I brought the cheapest budget carpet to tide me over as just moved house but you get what you pay for. Will Definitely purchase the rest of my flooring from here but next time will be spending a bit more money on the better quality carpet and requesting samples before purchase Over all really impressed with the customer service, thankyou
