Great service, quality carpet and very favourable prices.

Really pleased with Online Carpets - I made two carpet orders with them and the prices were very competitive especially when you take into account the free delivery on purchases over £199. My second purchase required me to contact customer services in order to secure an ‘end of roll’ length of carpet that wasn’t advertised online due to the small amount. Customer services were very helpful, delivery was prompt and the carpet was really good quality for the price paid. Thanks! 🙏🏻

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! AVOID! The first order was made not correctly, it si my fault probably, that I was not aware that you need to order pieces for each of the rooms, but not a big roll of the carpet to cut yourself. So the order was delivered, obviously no option(even paid) to give to your floor(if you are not on the ground one). I contacted OnlineCarpet to ask for a return to find out that EVEN if you order from them again you will have to pay for the return- 30£ and I think an extra 10£ for each item that you will return)))) OK! So I made a new order, asking in the comment to deliver on the specific date. Obviously, the comment was not read and I contacted them AGAIN to move the delivery and collection to 1 day. Then it took me another week to get the extra invoice to pay for the collection. To find out the they CAN NOT deliver in the day, that I have asked for(2 weeks in advance!). I still not get the new order and have not get rid of the old one, so I am expecting another 10 emails from my side to SORT the refund. SO, recommend paying a bit more, but buy from another company.

I was very happy with my service with online carpets, the staff are super friendly and helpful, also ways approachable. The drives Jamie and Leon were also great and aided with dispatching my carpet. I would strongly recommend them.

Great carpets, great customer service

2nd time using online carpets and honestly would 100% recommend. Love that they do carpets for all budgets. We used them for the carpets in our flat where we didn't want to spend lots. We have used them again for our house where we had more to spend on our carpets. Great customer service and quick to sort out our issue. Thanks!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Placed an order on 22nd August for 2-5 day delivery. Received an email with a day and timeslot, carpet didn't arrive, contacted them to be told they forgot to load it onto the van. Waited for a second delivery attempt, again email with time slot given, then an email on the day saying it didn't get loaded onto the van. Contacted for a further update and to make a complaint to be told they will delivery on Monday 9th September, then received a phone call back today to say they can't deliver on Monday now as their is no space on the van. It seems other carpets take priority over one which has failed to be delivered twice. This company can't deliver in the timelines stated on their website, not able to deliver next day and clearly don't care about customers orders. Anyone thinking of ordering should seriously rethink if it means they have to take days off to wait for a delivery, or trust this company will actually deliver at all. Now cancelled and will use a different company instead, fully expect i won't get a refund for about a month with how bad this company is. Also fully expect a message back on here apologizing and to contact their customer care team, which I've already done so save everyone some time and just admit you can't run a business correctly and can't fulfill customers orders and let people down on a regular basis. Update: Since my complaint I have had great customer service from this company. They have done everything to resolve my issue. I can’t fault there customer service. Worth reaching out if you have a problem to see how the can resolve.

I have bought several carpets and flooring from Online Carpets over the years but this time its been an absolute s**t show of an experience, first of all a had to get in contact to query my order as they took the money not a problem but couldnt send a confirmation to state they had received me order so once i had got incontact with then regarding this, they had in fact received it and were able to give me an approx deliver day, so on the received the email saying goods were dispatched, then another saying they would be delivered on the 5th so took time off work ripped out the old flooring, started all the preps of moving goods from the kitchen, under lay down the lot then got the time window, awesome everythings ready to lay the floor then the email and text from the driver be next on his hit list then one minute later order all of a sudden cant be delivered so got straight onto Online Carpets who then claimed it was a 3rd party delivery service and they didnt know why or what happened (tho its the same delivery service thats delivered all the rest of the flooring from them) and they would chance it up but if they couldnt find the order they would re order which to me was a straight up red flag, the round about way of saying your 4m roll of vinyl has just disappeared so requested a refund which i now need to wait another 5 days for and probably also require a few more visits to there customer service to chase up. Before a highly recommended this place for there service, there products, the prices, the quality but defo never again, once you have as much hassle with a company there is no trust for anything else.
