AVOID! Avoid! Avoid! I have bought 3 times through this company. The first time I did not notice that the pile was shorter. The second time the colour was much darker, but what they sent me now is a total overkill. I ordered a 16mm carpet and it came with 12mm pile. In response to my email, the lady wrote that it needs to be vacuumed and the pile will grow to 16mm. The carpet is probably 3rd class because it has 2 holes and the mesh is falling off from the bottom. I am attaching photos. I will never buy goods from this company again.
