Need to order new underlay, found it expensive on the high street so looked online, the reviews for this company were very good and the price was reasonable as we needed a lot, you could spread the payments as well. I requested some samples and decided to go ahead and place the order. I received confirmation of my order and didn’t have long to wait for delivery. The team that delivered the order were very friendly, polite, efficient and on time in fact early which was great. I would definitely use this company again our carpet fitter said the underlay was a could quality and I had chosen well.

Excellent quality and service

The carpet was well priced and delivery was quick. However, I was advised pre delivery to roll out the carpet pre fitting to check for any marks. That's impossible when the carpet is sold in 4m widths and just being fitted to a small room. I think all carpet purchased should be checked for faults pre delivery. My carpet fitter completely agreed. The only other thing was the delivery driver slammed the carpet against my porch window when trying to reach out for my doorbell with his other hand and the corner of my upvc window sill snapped off. Fortunately, I was able to super glue it back on.
