Disgusting experience and bad service Terrible Customer Service - Avoid Online Carpets! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Online Carpets. I purchased a carpet that arrived with significant manufacturing faults, and the entire process of seeking a resolution has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their offer to replace the carpet was completely impractical for me, as the room is used by my elderly and disabled father. This was communicated clearly to them, yet they showed no understanding or flexibility. Instead, they offered a mere 30% refund for a clearly defective product, which is an insult considering the hassle and inconvenience I’ve faced. Multiple representatives failed to provide a reasonable resolution or show any genuine concern for the inconvenience caused. Despite my repeated requests for a fair settlement, they stubbornly stuck to their inadequate offer, showing a complete lack of empathy and customer care. They told me to wait 8 weeks for the colour to change, how do they expect me after 8 weeks to empty the room I urge anyone considering purchasing from Online Carpets to think twice. Their customer service is abysmal, and they clearly do not stand behind the quality of their products. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. Avoid

I’ve had 2 deliveries of several Lino’s. Both were fast deliveries from 2 polite men. In my opinion the Lino’s are great quality at an affordable price. Using the online shop is easy to do especially for a technophobe like myself. Will definitely buy from this company again when the need arises.
