The company gave full text messages of when they will arrive and were prompt. They also collect the household waste very professionally

I asked 5 items to be collected. When they came they could not take 1 items as they had no room in their van and needed to make other collections. They did not offer many options or say it would be collected later. I had to call the support number which was reluctantly provided. Unfortunately they couldn't resolve the issue either, so I had to dispose of the final items myself.

Really quick turnaround with lots of availability for collections in comparison to the previous company and was able to have my items collected the very next day. Only downside was a set of 4 dining room chairs counted as two items as did a set of 4 garden chairs so I had to pay for two separate collections at £35 each (£70 total) as they will only collect 5 items per collection. They came the same day and took all the items in one go apart from one table that they came back for. I had 9 items collected according to their collection policy.
