Had such an amazing week in Sri Lanka on the coast to coast tour. We had brilliant coordinators Reece and Fleur who always had us in their best interest. Always felt at ease and loved how organised and fun the trip was!! Thanks Reece and Fleur for such an amazing experience :)

My experience with Travelteer was amazing, I did 1 week sports development and 2 weeks marine and wildlife conservation. It was an extremely rewarding experience and the coordinators Reece, Maddie and Sean were extremely helpful during my stay. The only thing that could be done to improve is including a vegetarian/vegan substitute to meals instead of just offering the meal without the source of meat, and also ensuring safety within the rooms as the ceiling fans are quite close to the top bunk beds which caused myself and another girl to hit our heads on it. Apart from that, my experience of the programme and travelteer in general was incredible and I would definitely recommend it to friends :)

Volunteering in Nepal has been one of the best experiences of my life. All the volunteers got along very well and we all became good friends working together. Teaching kids in mountain villages, building greenhouses, helping and bonding with the local community isn’t exactly easy but Sam and Ming made it stress free. Thanks to everyone I volunteered alongside of!

Volunteered in Sri Lanka earlier this year, had a great time - our coordinators were so friendly and made it feel like home :) Just wanted to say thanks to Nalan, Ruchi, Macie and Emile <3 The best part was working on the beaches (very hot!!) The team preparing us for this trip were great as well, they were thorough and helpful, even though I asked 100 questions hahaha :)) Overall great experience.

Volunteering in nepal this year has been a once in a life time opportunity. Sam’s been the best country manager, letting us have fun as well as keeping us in line. I enjoyed every minute of the trip, especially the first week where all the volunteers gelled well together and got along instantly. I also enjoyed experiencing living in a rural community and building greenhouses. Thanks to Sam I chose to stay an extra week and still don’t want to leave but have to for work. This trip has really made me want to volunteer elsewhere and help less fortunate communities and I feel like that’s the case because of the great time and experience I’ve had with sam and ming.

Volunteering in Nepal has been amazing. All the volunteers have been great and we all got along really well. Teaching at different schools and playing sports with the kids has been an incredible experience. Learning how to build a greenhouse and spending time in a mountain village is an experience I won’t forget. I had such a great time I decided to extend my trip for 2 more weeks. Sam has been amazing, always here to help all of us out and make sure we are enjoying our time. This will be an experience I’ll never forget thanks to Sam and Ming!

All the coordinators I had were amazing, Jack, Maddie, Fleur, Reece, Shaun and Scarlett and the Sri Lanka team were amazing. Definitely some issues with the food which isn't balanced at all (minimal veg and protein) and the vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free struggled alot more. Marine was good but due to the time of year and oversubscription of the program it was very repetitive.
