Brought a midsleeper for my son and it arrived within a few days , shopped around for this particular bed and found it almost £200 cheaper on sleepland beds then other bed sellers , would Deffinatley use again

Customer service was great. I requested a Friday delivery and even though it was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday they delivered it on Friday for me. The delivery driver was also extremely helpful talking me through the building process and even indicating on the order of which to open the boxes for the building process.

What we appreciate the most is that the bed is made with solid wood while features like ladders are easy to climb and enhancing safety. Ideal for children's rooms or smaller living areas. Additionally, styles that include storage options was our favored for their functionality. Overall, a good balance of quality, cost, design, and practicality. My son and his friends are enjoying the sleepovers.

Great company to deal with. We purchased a gaming bed and desk. The product itself is great quality apart from one of the panels was badly damaged when we took it out of the box. I notified the company and they got back to me straight away to say they have spoken to the manufacturer directly and are sending a new part free of charge. Great to deal with an independent company who really care about their customers and go the extra mile.

I ordered a Dynamo bunk bed 21st October. and didn't assemble until 26th January 2025. This bed is so flimsy, multiple parts broke whilst trying to put it together. There's a broken bolt A step has broken whilst moving the stairs to connect to the bed Headboard foot came off as its only stapled on The bed shake terribly that's my children can't use it. I contacted Sleepland beds to say all the problems the bed has and firmly I asked for a exchange, but over the night I was looking at the beds and they look just as thin and flimsy as the bed I bought I changed my mind and asked for a refund. Sleepland beds refused to give me a refund as it was over 14days since the bed was purchased. That might be the case but the beds brand new as I have only just put it together and it's not fit for purpose. I have contacted Citizens advice who said I had to write a letter and send it recorded and wait 7days for a response. sleepland beds have not responded to my letter asking them to collect the bed and issue me a refund. I am now on stage 2 of Citizens Advice warning them I will take them to court as I am well within my consumer rights to get a refund if the bed is faulty and not fit for purpose. I have since ordered an Aspace Solid bunk bed that doesn't break when you put it together and doesn't shake to the point you think it will collapse if someone goes on the top bunk. I would like to add, Sleepland Beds Flagged this and asked Trustpilot to take the review down on the grounds of deformation on the same morning I wrote it. Trustpilot denied their request as everything here is correct. Sleepland Beds you ignored my letter sent Royal Mail recorded & signed for. I have sent a 2nd letter today via email, if you ignore that I will take you to court. UPDATE Thank you for responding, on here and not to any of my emails or letters . PayPal denied a claim because there is only a 30 day claim window and it’s outside of the 30 days they said they can’t help me but under the consumer act I have six months to make a claim if the item is not fit purpose . The bolt broke when I was actually making the stairs when you turn the bolt, it’s snapped in half not because I was pushing the bed. As you will see in past correspondence. The bed foot broke when we were sliding the bed slightly on the new wooden floor, to push the bed tight upto the wall which I think any normal person would slide a bed slightly up to a wall and it shouldn’t break. yes you did send out a replacement bolt but that’s doesn’t fix all the other broken parts or the fact the bed shakes terribly. You didn’t send a replacement board for the stairs which is cracked through on both sides so an entire stair is broken and unsafe for any weight to be put on it. The lady on the phone said you should be able to LIFT the stairs without it snapping completely through. We lifted it slightly to get it in place alongside the bed and it broke. Not what I would expect for £499 it’s not safe for any child to go on the top bunk or probably sleeping under as I’m sure it will collapse. it is not up to standards as you know under the consumer act if it is not fit for purpose which I believe it is not then you are entitled to a refund In a six months time period and I contacted you three months after I purchased the bed as assembled it in January. so I will contact citizens advice now and tell them that you want to go ahead with court proceedings.

Very happy with our bunk bed, absolutely gorgeous, very sturdy, great finish. I spend so long looking for a sturdy bed with drawers and this one definitely ticked all of our boxes
