So helpful, very good customer service! We need to dismantle to move the bed we bought a good few years ago. Needless to say we lost the assembly instructions. Gave them a call and they sent copies of the instructions in no time at all. Can't thank them enough

Brilliant service . After nearly two years of purchasing a bed for my daughters ,one of the casters broke on her desk . I contacted the company to ask if it was possible to obtain a new caster . They sent me two straight away on the post . Very helpful and most appreciated .

I bought an amazing White Wooden Storage Bunk Bed a few years ago. Moved between houses and took it apart and still look as good as new. I have a couple of broken parts during this move and I contacted customer support to see if they could provide a replacement. Garry provided with these in a few days. Ordered the supersonic bunkbed in grey. The bed is so solid and looks great in wee ones room. Instructions were good and all parts labelled! Shame delivery cost was high but well worth it for a bed that will last forever!
