I had a super experience with Sleeplandbeds, from the point of ordering, to the goods being dropped off. Delivery was easily arranged with me, and it was faster than I expected. I must say the Cameo Deluxe bunk bed is tremendously good. The amount of storage is fab. It looks so good and my twins are super pleased. It's very safe for them. The excitement and novelty of their new bed has tended towards them asking to go to bed, I hope this doesn't wear off. They're taking it in turns to sleep up the top as they both wanted it, so they could use the stairs. It was very considerate and helpful taking all the stuff upstairs for me. I can't fault a single thing and I just wanted to say thank you very much

I bought the Cameo Deluxe Bunk Beds With Staircase Storage 6 years ago. They were delivered and constructed with no issues and are still going strong. This morning I e-mailed asking if they could send a pdf of the assembly instructions and they got back to me with a copy literally within 5 minutes!

Excellent quality bunk bed. Quick and easy delivery, Sleepland kept in touch throughout. My boys are sleeping better than ever in their new bed. Would definitely recommend.

From order to delivery and use I have no complaints at all

There was a great choice of children’s bunk beds To chose from, The children chose the dynamo oak bunk and it looks great was easy to build and is sturdy. I just wanted to say thank you ever so much for everything. We've just finished assembling the Platinum bunk bed and wanted to let you know we love it so much. My children are thrilled to little bits, they're currently deciding where to put all their things. I must say the extra storage this bunk provides is so good. They love that they both have shelves at the end that they can access from inside the bed to put their things. I was made up with the delivery. All communication was friendly and very helpful. I ordered on the Friday, and was emailed the morning after I ordered by Jo, who let me know that they would be sending me a delivery day and time on Monday. I received this in the afternoon as promised, and I just had to email back to say yes, or no. They thanked me for my reply on the Tuesday. Then they delivered on the Thursday right in the middle of the one hour slot. Could you please say thank you to your driver for taking everything up the stairs for me. He was a great help, and he put everything on the opposite side to where I would be putting the bed.

Communication was great, very accommodating. Bed was delivered on time. I must admit the instructions for bed building were not great. One part of the bed looked nothing at all like in the pictures so was very difficult to put up and took an extremely long time to work out if I had been given the correct bed materials or not. Unfortunately the small double bed I ordered did not fit the small double mattress I had already. Great service but I have a mattress that doesn't fit my bed but I do not want to build another 6hr bed!!
