I received the item in perfect condition with only a slight tear in the outer box which had been put inside a new box before dispatch. Highly recommended savings option. Missing remote
I have ordered from Hi Fi Tower to Ireland about 4 times. Products always arrive, are of good quality and usually as described however I had a problem with my most recent delivery and 2 emails left unanswered as well as a message through the website, so as the product has no remote I only have limited function with it. Disappointing customer service.

Very happy with the service and product overall. I was a bit sceptical about this company after seeing a number of negative reviews . I rang the customer service team prior to my order just to make sure they had my product in stock . They reassured me they did and it was out to me within 8 days after ordering. Very pls with my new Chiminea 👍

I hate giving bad reviews
I hate giving bad reviews, but in this case I would have to mention my experience. This is my second order from HiFi-Tower and will be my last. I ordered an IR Heater from here in early April. About 9 days later, when I asked for an update I was told it was out of stock. A refund was initiated and they kindly offered me a €20 voucher for a new order. I ordered an alternate heater which should have met the bill. The PayPal details I was provided with were no longer active, so I had to await a refund from that account. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered and paid with the new PayPal details. 2 Weeks later, the product arrives - but was damaged beyond use. In fact, the unit appears to have been badly repaired prior to sending it out for delivery. Never again will I use this company. Their Customer service agent, Ciara, was very helpful though and a pleasure to deal with.

Received broken item took 12 days to arrive. Very poor customer service. Their own website refers to up to five days for a reply if issue with product. I got to speak to a rude customer employee he didn't know how long it would take to get my money back. But again their site says 7 to 10 days after the return of the item. Add it length of time goods may take to get back to them and arranging courier to collect it. You might be waiting quite a while for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
