Don't use them We ordered nearly four weeks ago, the item was meant to be here in 3/5 days. They've refused a refund, items are lost in transit, spoke everyday to them...nightmare. avoid at all costs.

Received a broken heater

Received a broken heater, having a horrible time trying to get through to customer service, phone number didn't work, return form failed with an error code 400 (no idea what that means), waiting 3 days for an email response. Absolutely ridiculous, it's freezing cold here

Glad I didn't take any notice of the negative reviews. Visiting the site, I thought it was too good to be true as the prices were so reasonable. Ordered from Ireland and had delivery within a week. The item was initially not delivered but the customer service from Hifi-Tower was so responsive and sorted the issue out straight away. Then when it was delivered, the door on the fridge was damaged in transit I'd say. Again customer service replied to my email really quickly - on the same day - at the weekend and again sorted out the problem straight away. I will definitely be shopping with them again. Great customer service and products.

They got my money and I returned the item (as requested). THIS IS AN OUTRAGEOUS THEFT

11 September I got another message from Leeanne, full of lies, manipulation and hatred. She wrote that I should contact eBay and PayPal for a refund. (she knows the purchase is over 6 months old). Despite EVERYTHING BELOW: What happened before: hifi-tower RECEIVED ALL THE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS AT THE REQUEST AND TOLD ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS THEY SENT ME. They received the broken product back. Near 2 months have passed since then and every week I receive a letter from them: "I have forwarded your information request to our management department." So they got my money and the goods (as THEY asked for). THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS THEFT.

Hi-fi tower/klarstein warning

Bought a kitchen extractor via this company's website on eBay,also known as klarstein Berlin. A fault occurred during the guarantee period, reported the fault,took over a week to get a response. They informed me they are not able to repair under the guarantee and offered a refund which I agreed to. Over 4 months and lots of emails ,same excuses,it's been forwarded to the correct department to be dealt with. This company is not professional at all,and if you buy from them you may get lucky and not have any issues,but if you have a claim under guarantee,you will not get any help, repair or refund. All I can say is I would never buy from this very unprofessional company again,and will advise anyone who asks about the products I have bought from them of which there are 2.do not under any circumstances purchase anything from them hifi-tower via eBay or their other trading and brand name klarstein . If there was a zero star I would have given zero.

7 weeks and still no delivery

Waited 7 weeks for a gas hob, the first delivery had improper documents and got lost, the second attempt has just vanished, waste of time, also customer service experience very poor
