Excellent attention to detail when I telephoned to make the booking. We have previously stayed at the Loch Fyne Hotel and found in very good. The lady I spoke with on telephone (Wendy) on 5 May was very helpful. Said she would contact me by telephone to confirm any special requests and within ten minutes full booking was confirmed. It gave me confidence in your organisation.

Break prices reasonable but.....

Had some good breaks with Easybreaks at reasonable prices. On the downside, their website could be a lot better and I really object to them steering customers towards premium rate telephone numbers, though with a bit of know how, this can be avoided. On top of that an online booking fee is uncalled for and not applied by a similar company I often use. So yes,

You have changed your web site

You have changed your web site making it less user friendly. I have booked may short breaks and had the opportunity to sign in to my account. This no longer exists. Previously I could select Scotland and the dates I would like a break and a list of hotels would appear. Now you need to go through every hotel individually to see what is available. I also had an option to take protective cover, this is now an included cost unless you opt out. I have paid an extra 12 GBP that I did not wont to pay. Booking reference 24676. I would appreciate that the we site returns to the user friendly version. Thank you Best regards Stuart Hughes
