Inside packaging not enough to secure the vitamin bottles for damage protection

I specifically asked the bottles of vitamins to have enough newspapers in between to cushion but all I got was two pieces of brown, thin paper that was in the huge box. When I took the papers away, all 29 bottles of vitamins were scattered, on top of each other, and some were squished in between in the box. It was a mess and I even took a picture of it. I am thankful that none of the vitamin bottles were damaged, but there was just not enough newspaper/paper to be put in the box to ensure protection. The delivery time was quicker than expected compared to my last purchase. Other than that, I wished the people who were packing could read the comments because I wrote it there for a reason. This was not a small purchase of less than 5 items, it was a pretty big purchase (29 in total) that I am sure needed the extra papers for cushioning.

Why sell something that you don’t have?

I ordered & paid for something you had for sale online but then you said it was out of stock. So, I am out of pocket but don’t have my stuff. I’m not thrilled.

Ok received most of my order with 2 of the more expensive products missing. Had to call and am still waiting. If i hadn’t called I don’t know if there would have been any follow up given the invoice indicated it was all there. A first for them!!

I had great difficulty in completing my online order as their website could not handle the traffic volume which resulted in me duplicating my order. They were good in handling the issue after I wrote to customer service and cancelled the duplicate order and offered a 10% discount on next order.

I am so happy I found Finlandia on line!!!!!

This was my first time ordering online from Finlandia and I will continue to do so. The website is easy to navigate and the price of the items I ordered was a little bit less than the other company I was ordering from in a different province. I will be ordering this item on a continuing basis and I am very happy I found Finlandia. The item was immediately shipped the day after I submitted my order and shipping was fast (ordered on Sept. 23 and received on Sept 27 .... Thank you. The items were well wrapped and secured in the box.

The people that helped me were great

The people that helped me figure out what specific products I wanted were great but the adamant refusal of the cashier to listen to what I wanted was an unpleasant experience! I’ve been treated with less respect as a senior in this store than other places I travel less to get to! I go across town at much inconvenience to get to Finlandia because I want to support such a store, but have walked out of there a few times with a bad sense of my experience! I’d recommend more care of seniors, more comfortable chairs and bathroom access! PS - two of the people I spoke with were eager to get out of the store since it was their end of work day, and obvious about it to me!

Order not arrived yet

I purchased genuine health fermented protein and another brand of cacao nibs, received a notice after paying that neither items are in stock and will take 1-2 weeks to arrive and ship, it's been 2 weeks and still no update! The first item isn't even stocked in your warehouse and needed to be ordered from the supplier. Why bother offering online sales if you can't fulfill the orders?? I've ordered the same item several times from another Canadian online shop and never had an issue, I wanted to support your shop being BC based, but I'll likely order elsewhere next time
