excellent service, but… difficult communication over the phone. ESL associate had very heavy accent difficult to understand and be understood. I’m ESL as well. no blame just frustrating and had too repeat my request in order to be properly understood.

Great online delivery service

I live remotely now, but I've been buying Finlandia products for over 20 years. In my most recent purchase I ordered pro-biotics which require refrigeration, and the online order was carefully packed with an ice bag that kept it cool, and it arrived safely in the mail. Thank you!

I placed an order for items that were and are delayed still

I placed an order for items that were in stock. However, I received an email a few days later informing that the items were no longer in stock and would be shipped when available. I originally placed the order on Sep 3rd and need this item. It has now been two weeks and still no indication of when I will receive. I would have appreciated an option of whether I wanted to keep this order or cancel, as it has been 2 weeks. I ended up purchasing the item from Amazon who was able to deliver the item the next day. I still await the items I have already paid for and need.
