Product got lost in the post!!

I inquired about the delivery & got an answer the next day. Excellent service.

Delivery was so fast! And easy.

Finlandia had the product I was looking for at a reasonable price. The only drawback is that they're operating out of B.C. which makes it take longer to get merchandise delivered to Toronto.

This is twice now that I have ordered something only to find out after the fact that it is on back order. I am still waiting for the most recent order to be fulfilled, and has it now been more than two weeks? I’ve lost track. I would have appreciated the courtesy of being informed prior to purchase so I could make the choice at that time to order from somewhere else...especially since this is for inflammation control. Please keep the website up-to-date with the inventory. It should be easy enough...that one has to question the motive for not doing so...

I ordered a product and Finlandia promptly emailed me to let me know that they did not have the product in store but would be ordering it and let me know when I could pick it up. I let them know that I would not be able to pick it up at the set date and they let me know that they would hold it for 2 months. Thanks for great communication.

Ordered a few Finlandia brand items on sale. Received a voicemail explaining that one of the Finlandia products had been discontinued & providing an option for a sister brand with similar ingredients at same price. Returned call & received order the next day.

Too long to get product otherwise good service.

Disappointed with online shopping experience : placed an order, being charged, and then, IF it wasn't for sending email wondering about a delivery time I wouldn't find out about product being out-of-stock until it's too late.
