This was my first time ordering from Finlandia and I found it easy and quick. I got my product within days however there was a small issue. I ordered Thayer's witch hazel in rose scent (noted on the invoice) but received the citron scent instead. I could wait until the end of July - when I will again be in Vancouver - to exchange or whatever you suggest. Again, I was happy to be able to order by mail as I no longer live in the city full-time. The ordering process (special order) was efficient and thorough. I have not received the product as of yet.

Delivery was on order for over 2 weeks, then had to pick up in-store - not impressed

Love Finlandia. Great selection and excellent prices. My only issue is how many of the items I order are special items online. It often takes an excessive two weeks for these items to come in. The items they do carry on a regular basis are priced very well.
